REIKI TIBET OU WEST

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that is practiced by the laying on of hands. Mikao Usui discovered it in Japan nearly a century ago during a mystical experience on Mount Kurama.

It is a natural method, intended to harmonize the body, the emotions and the spirit. It's also a great way to re-energize and rejuvenate.

The virtues of Reiki are similar to those of meditation, which we now know significantly improves the state of physical and mental health of those who practice it.

Among the frequently observed effects, we can cite the release of psychic knots and bodily tensions, the harmonization of the emotional system and overall well-being.

Reiki can be practiced on oneself as an energy discipline and/or an art of living. But we can also receive sessions from another person, properly trained (See our directory). It is then recommended to receive several sessions to perceive the benefits.

An athlete trains regularly to maintain good physical condition and it is essential to meditate day after day to find inner peace. In the same way, it is thanks to a regular practice that one can obtain a lasting and significant well-being with Reiki.

This Reiki is the one that is spreading the most here in France. It has little to do with so-called traditional reiki. Reiki Tibet, which has nothing Tibetan about it, is a complement of various energy techniques which were added to Reiki Usui when it came to the West.

The Usui/Tibet system is just a reiki taught by Mrs. Takata then modified by Barbara Ray, Iris Ishikuro, Arthur Robertson, William Lee Rand and Nita Mocanu.

As we can see, Usui/Tibet reiki is a very western reiki.
